How long will it take for me to get my order?
The maximum time for UK delivery is 5 working days. Working days are classed as Monday - Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays.
Are delivery dates guaranteed?
Although every effort is made to deliver your parcel on time, during adverse weather conditions or busy periods this may not always be possible. If for any reason your parcel is not delivered within the timescale of the service you selected please contact us on 0161 832 3423 and we will endeavour to help track down your parcel.
What happens if I’m not in when you deliver?
Items are dispatched by our nominated carrier (usually Royal Mail) and may require a valid signature as Proof of Delivery.
If the courier tries to deliver while you are out and the parcel won't fit through a letterbox, they may put a card through your door giving details of the attempted delivery and their contact details. Please follow the instructions on the card. If the delivery is not made for any reason, the goods will be returned to us. If the goods are returned to us you will be required to cover any additional postage costs. In the event of a refund, the initial postage costs will be deducted from this.
How do I track my parcel?
To track a parcel, please email us at sales@projektsshop.com and we will track it for you. If there is a tracking number we can inform you of this.
Please note, we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched
